The Care of the Building is your responsibility too! Even though we have a building janitor, we need to be careful about our building use behavior. Some good practices are: 1. If you are the last person to leave a room, hallway or other area, please be sure the lights are OFF; 2. If you made a mess, please clean-up the mess; 3. If you added garbage to a garbage can, and it might cause an odor or if the can is full, please take the contents to the small dumpster in the parking lot; 4. If you re-arranged tables or chairs, please arrange them as you found them before leaving; 5. If you opened a window or used the air conditioning or heat, please close the window or re-set the thermostat for heating and cooling. These practices will benefit both the congregation's budget, the environment and our life together in the church and community.
